Germany to Host Handball EURO 2024
65 Games to be Played in Six Venues
France Secures First Spot in Final
The Executive Committee of the European Handball Federation (EHF) has announced that Germany will host the Handball EURO 2024. A total of 65 games will be played across six venues in the country.
This will be the first time that Germany has hosted the Handball EURO. The tournament is expected to attract a large number of fans from around the world.
In the final weekend of the Men's EHF EURO 2022, Olympic champions France defeated Denmark 33-31 in extra time to claim the title. This was France's third EHF EURO title in a row.
The Handball EURO 2024 will be the 16th edition of the tournament. It will be held from January 10th to January 28th, 2024.
France has already secured the first spot in the Men's EHF EURO 2024 final. They will face the winner of the semi-final between Denmark and Sweden.
